Friendly and knowledgeable staff and great work.I had a temporary crown fitted in Brazil which had become loose. I have a big, anxious, phobia of dentists. All the staff put me really at ease at all of my recent appointments, and were able to arrange sedation for me for 2 hours of a major procedure.I am now able to show my teeth again when I smile, and have no more constant pain from broken teeth, and I remember nothing of the procedure after the sedation.I would wholly recommend this practice for any dental work, especially if you have anxiety or phobia. Alex and his team have restored my smile! Having had various issues with my front tooth since breaking it many years ago and having various different repairs done to it over the years I eventually opted to have an implant consultation with confident smile dental practice after reading reviews of their work.Alex was very detailed in his plan for my front implant. He broke things down for me and explained his plan whilst managing my expectations all the way. Your Invisalign Journey
1. Book your FREE consultation at our Shepperton Dental practice
Spend an hour with a Diamond Invisalign provider who will discuss all the aspects of your treatment and take an OPG X-ray showing you precisely what needs to be done to straighten your teeth and why.
2. Take a 3D scan of your teeth and review your Clin-Check
We will send 3D scans off to Invisalign, and within a week, we will receive your Clin-Check. This will show you exactly what your teeth will look like before and after the treatment. Once you have approved this, we will then order your aligners.
3. Revisit your Invisalign dentist to fit your first aligners, then return every 6-8 weeks
For the initial fit of your first aligners, making sure they fit perfectly and are comfortable, then return every 6-8 weeks for minor adjustments and pick up new aligners.
4. Review your smile, make any refinements needed to ensure it’s perfect, & collect your free teeth whitening kit.
Collect your final retainers, which you will only wear at night (permanently fixed retainers available also) & collect your free whitening gels to add the finishing touch to your new smile.

Invisalign treatment lengths will vary depending on the complexity of tooth movements required. Most Invisalign Lite cases take around 6-9 months. Invisalign Moderate Cases 9-12 months and full / more complex Invisalign cases can take any where up to 12-24 months. This is discussed with you at your consultation.

Don’t panic! As we use digital scans and records for all of our Invisalign treatments we can simply re-order you the clear aligner that was lost. We would recommend you seek advice from your Invisalign dentist. In the meantime go back and wear the previous clear aligner.
Retainers must be worn after all orthodontic treatments not just Invisalign, even with metal braces they need to be worn. This is because the teeth like to drift back to where they originally once were positioned. In order to prevent this from happening retainers must be worn at night.
We normally recommend wearing retainers for life to ensure that the teeth stay in the correct position after having Invisalign treatment.
As Invisalign clear braces are classified as cosmetic treatment, they are not available on the NHS.
If you are concerned about, protruding teeth, gap teeth or crooked teeth, Invisalign clear braces could be a good option for you. They are much more discreet than metal braces and in most cases get faster results. If you are considering treatments such as composite bonding or porcelain veneers, then you may need your bite corrected before hand with Invisalign clear aligners. For this reason we think Invisalign is most definitely worth it!
