I have a big, anxious, phobia of dentists. All the staff put me really at ease at all of my recent appointments, and were able to arrange sedation for me for 2 hours of a major procedure.I am now able to show my teeth again when I smile, and have no more constant pain from broken teeth, and I remember nothing of the procedure after the sedation.I would wholly recommend this practice for any dental work, especially if you have anxiety or phobia. They treat you so well and with so much care.

I cannot thank Alex and Julie enough for everything they did with my procedure. I had left a badly damaged tooth for a long time which made the procedure quite complex. But the whole way through from consultation to the final fitting, they were so accommodating to all my needs. If something wasn’t quite right it would be corrected so everytime I left I had a smile I could be confident about.A true perfectionist of his work. I am so happy with the results it’s always something I notice in pictures now when before, it was something I would avoid looking at. Thank you so much both of you for all your work!

I recently finished having treatment where I had to have an implant . Previously with another practitioner it had failed. There was no problem with my implant from Alex . He was super quick and efficient when doing the prep work and I was amazed how the treatment felt after my previous experience. I would 100% recommend Alex who is very skilled at implant surgery. Alex and his team have restored my smile! Having had various issues with my front tooth since breaking it many years ago and having various different repairs done to it over the years I eventually opted to have an implant consultation with confident smile dental practice after reading reviews of their work.Alex was very detailed in his plan for my front implant. He broke things down for me and explained his plan whilst managing my expectations all the way. I felt very secure in the teams care when having my procedure where I was offered different options of how they were going to carry out my dental surgery. If you are scared of having you need not be as Alex is very gentle. I was offered regular check ups during my journey in which my opinion was also listened to and respected. 6 months later my teeth have never looked this good in nearly 25 years. Thank you Dr Alex and Team. I’m really really happy. Alex took pictures along the way and I’d be happy for him to show other patients to show off his stills with dental implants.

Meet Dr Alex Hashemi

Dr Suhail Rashid is a multi-award-winning cosmetic and implant dentist and the owner of Confident Smile. He has placed hundreds of dental implants, has patients travelling from all over the country to see him and is known for his eye for detail and calm, reassuring presence.

He qualified from the highly regarded University of Manchester. He has a special interest in dental implants as this provides an excellent solution for replacing missing teeth, securing previously loose dentures and providing patients with fixed, natural-looking teeth.

Dr Rashid completed the prestigious Master’s degree programme in Dental Implantology from the University of Bristol; this provides training not only for surgical dental implant procedures, but also for advanced techniques such as bone grafting.

He completed a Master course in Guided Bone Regeneration and Sinus Grafting at the world renowned University of Bern in Switzerland.
